Role: Experience Design Lead
Company: Goldman Sachs
Supervise team of external designers to produce a consistent design experience for our client-facing and internal servicing platform
Work closely with Product Managers to understand user pain points, engineering and resource limitations for each designed feature
Conceptualize the user experience of integrating banking / financing as-a-service to software partner platforms
Design and create interactive prototypes for upcoming features releases to share with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and leadership
Conduct usability tests with users to gather feedback and insights
Partner with client-facing teams to produce end-to-end user journey maps
Work with Engineering to ensure features are implemented based on design
