Responsibilities

  • Supervise team of external designers to produce a consistent design experience for our client-facing and internal servicing platform

  • Work closely with Product Managers to understand user pain points, engineering and resource limitations for each designed feature

  • Conceptualize the user experience of integrating banking / financing as-a-service to software partner platforms

  • Design and create interactive prototypes for upcoming features releases to share with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and leadership

  • Conduct usability tests with users to gather feedback and insights

  • Partner with client-facing teams to produce end-to-end user journey maps

  • Work with Engineering to ensure features are implemented based on design
