Responsibilities

Lead global team of 8 design resources to craft consumer grade digital products to simplify finance for institutions

Collaborate with cross-divisional design leaders to implement a cohesive digital design system

Work closely with Product Managers to understand user pain points, engineering and resource limitations for each designed feature

Conceptualize the user experience of integrating banking-as-a-service to software partner platforms

Design and create interactive prototypes for upcoming features releases to share with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and leadership

Manage $2M+ budget and contract negotiations for design resources

Conduct usability tests with users to gather feedback and insights
